In 2019, the specialists of the institution received appeals from families and citizens who faced life difficulties of various kinds, from Minsk and from the regions of Belarus.
During the period from January to December 2019, those who asked for help from the Institution team received various types of support (legal, psychological and material assistance, care assistance, long-term support with comprehensive assistance):
- 16 citizens, among whom are people with disabilities, the elderly, as well as young people from the category of former orphans;
- 13 families in which minor children are brought up, including children with disabilities.
The institution provides regular financial assistance to the shelter organized by Alexei Shchedrov in the village of Aleksandrovka, which houses homeless people.
In partnership with other organizations, the Institution conducted 5 actions in defense of the life of unborn children, implemented two Kids Fashion Zone Charity Fashion Projects, in which children with oncological diseases and orphans from family-type homes took part, and other socially significant events.
The institution’s team organized 5 inclusive master classes in floristry, in which families raising children with disabilities and people living in psychoneurological boarding schools took part.
From August to December 2019, the Institution acted as a partner of the Republican social and charitable public association “Down Syndrome. Inclusion” in the implementation of the project “I was born!”, Aimed at reducing the number of rejections of children with Down syndrome through early comprehensive support of the family with the participation of specialists.
In the coming year, specialists of the Institution continue to provide assistance to families and citizens on a variety of issues regarding the implementation of legal guarantees, obtaining the necessary socio-psychological, material and other assistance. All activities are organized by a team of specialists of the Institution, which includes volunteers who carry out their work for free.
We continue our activities and invite those who wish to cooperate in providing assistance to those who find themselves in difficult life situations and need the support of caring people.
